Before Caroline started baking for the community, she was baking for her family. After getting tired of buying sugar- and preservative-laden gluten-free bread from the grocery store, she resolved to learn to bake bread that would allow her to nourish her family on a deeper level.
After baking more than our family could eat, the natural next step became clear: take the same deep passion for bread made with high-quality, nourishing ingredients, and share it with the local Bulverde/Spring Branch community.
